and if he would add some metadata, so they could be harvested easily for science purposes and linked to the specimen, another problem of access to data would be solved.
Similarly, all the literarure could be moved into connotea, another taxon specific platform. again, with some well developed metadata, it could both serve a specific community as well as an unlimited unspeficic community.

In fact, I never collected a swimming ant!
So, only the link to the original description is missing?! Or am I behind of this as well?
ps This sort of visualization tools are the best to figure our errors in the data - just some people ought be motivated to report them....
